Job Description
Build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. Demonstrate technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. Maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks.
Responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. Supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain policies and procedures related to IT
- Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and report to reporting Manager for solutions in time
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems (Windows 10, 11), application software (Email, ERP, CRM), and system management tools (Active Directory, SCCM, DHCP, DNS, Group policies)
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as an IT support.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
- Hands-on experience with computer networks and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
