Position: HR Executive & Account Executive
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Timing: 09:30 AM- 06:30 PM
Location: Arfa Towers, Lahore
Budget Range: PKR 50-100k plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, HR policies, & procedures compliance.
- Maintain employee records & confidentiality.
- Provide employee support on HR policies & benefits.
- Assist in performance management & training.
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration & financial tasks.
- Develop client relationships, pursue business opportunities & prepare proposals.
- Monitor market trends, sales activities & HR metrics.
