Job Description
AE Solutions is seeking MEP estimators to join our team. Candidates must demonstrate a detailed understanding of US-based MEP drawings with a keen attention to detail. We are looking for team players interested in long-term collaboration. ONLY ESTIMATORS WITH MEP EXPERIENCE SHOULD APPLY. Civil estimators need not apply. Thank you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed material takeoffs of MEP trades
- Resolve cost discrepancies using RS Means cost data
- Secure accurate quotes for materials and systems to create precise cost estimates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Solid understanding of US construction drawings
- Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
- 1 – 2 years’ experience with US-based projects
