Job Description
- To make calls and inform clients about pending/due installments daily.
- Follow-up with clients on commitments and reminder calls.
- Follow up on returned letters monthly and add remarks in the system.
- Deal with clients, provide recovery information, resolve complaints, and answer queries.
- Assist walk-in clients, address issues, and provide pending dues information.
