Job Description
As an L1 Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users for desktop hardware and software issues. Your role will involve troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, as well as installing and configuring computer systems.
- Responding to IT support requests and resolving issues promptly
- Performing hardware and software maintenance tasks
- Setting up new user accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operation of the IT environment
