Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Business Development Manager at Avenir Developments Islamabad Office. The SBDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in the real estate industry
- Strong negotiation and communication & closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
