Job Description
The Sales Operations Executive role acts as a bridge between sales and order fulfilment working to align customer and sales planning processes with order fulfilment activities to ensure optimal delivery to our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Factory and Finance teams to forecast sales targets and budgets accurately.
– Warehouse space management.
– Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of stocks to customers.
– Generate and maintain various reports related to warehouse expenses and transportation of stocks to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
– Visit to warehouse location for compliance of policy and protocols.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role preferably, within the consumer electronics industry.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and draw actionable insights.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
