Job Description
Join i-Care Foundation, a dynamic, non-profit organization committed to social development, as our Senior Manager overseeing Finance, Accounting, and Company Secretarial functions. Take on a pivotal role reporting directly to the Country Director, and contribute to our significant expansion path while maintaining strong governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financial and operational systems, manage cash flow, investments.
- Ensure smooth donation and disbursement processes for charities.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and compliance efforts.
- Ensure accounting, audit, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage company secretarial duties and office administration.
Qualifications:
- Professional qualification in Finance/Accounts with 7+ years’ nonprofit experience.
- Demonstrated integrity, leadership, and proficiency in financial management.
