Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish. Responsibilities include posting job ads, initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and assisting hiring teams and candidates for a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media
- Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Schedule calls, interviews, and manage calendars
- Communicate with candidates promptly and maintain recruitment software
- Handle bulk emails, paperwork, recruiting events, and ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements and Skills
- 1-2 years of proven recruiting experience
- Familiarity with recruitment lifecycle
- Tech-savvy, excellent communicator, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and critical-thinking skills
- Bachelor’s in Human Resource is a plus
