Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers.
Your duties will include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, as well as collaborating with the engineering team to ensure timely resolution of problems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. Experience in customer service and knowledge of IT systems will be advantageous.
