Job Description
As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the overall human resource functions within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and selection: Conducting interviews, screening resumes, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Employee onboarding: Assisting new hires with paperwork, orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Performance management: Implementing performance appraisal systems, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
- Training and development: Identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and coordinating professional development initiatives.
- Employee relations: Handling employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
If you possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are well-versed in employment laws and regulations, we would like to hear from you.
