Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR located in Rawalpindi. As an Assistant Manager HR, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s human resources operations. You will work closely with other members of the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
– 5+ years of experience in HR Management or a related field
– Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
– Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with teams across the organization
– Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
