Job Description
Eplanet Global is seeking an English Subtitle Editor to create, reformat, and edit captions, subtitles, and dubbing translation templates for streaming videos across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will correct spellings, punctuation, syntax, and adhere to provided style guides.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create, format, and edit captions, subtitles, and dubbing templates.
- Participate in training and development activities in the English Services localization department.
- Maintain quality standards for grammar, spelling, and consistency per style guides.
- Check subtitle files to meet company and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum O/A Levels or a degree in English, Journalism, or Linguistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of spelling, vocabulary, and grammar.
- Punctual, dependable, and flexible with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Location: Karachi, Bahadurabad
- Shift Timings: 9am – 6pm
- Salary: 30k
