Job Description

A Customer Support Specialist, or CSS, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Description:

• Manage incoming phone calls.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service call handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Job Specification:

• Must have an intermediate degree.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Should be interested in the night shift.

Profile Required:

• A Levels/Inter and above.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Data processing and Backend office experience preferred.
• Mon to Fri (US timing).
• Critical thinking and analytical mindset.

Salary:

Up to 70,00

Timings: (US Timings)

5 Days/Week.
