Job Description

Location: Muscat, Oman

Experience: 8-10 years

Banking background is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in Cards implementation and Strategy implementation and Digital Banking Experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability.
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing projects, ensuring adherence to established plans and processes.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage any deviations from the plan.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Identify and assess potential project risks; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Ensure projects comply with banking industry regulations, security standards, and data protection requirements.
• Facilitate necessary approvals and documentation to maintain compliance throughout project lifecycle.
• Maintain open and clear communication with project stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and clients.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Allocate resources effectively to achieve project objectives, considering skill sets, availability, and workload.
• Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes team productivity and engagement.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and address budget deviations.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation before project completion.
• Facilitate change management processes associated with project implementations.
• Ensure end-users and stakeholders are prepared for changes resulting from the project.
