Job Description
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure consistent data entry into the Management Information System following set targets and deadlines, and submit reports accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update client records electronically daily using the MIS.
- Comply with data entry protocols for service and registration data computerization.
- Manage client files efficiently.
- Review records thoroughly to avoid data duplication during client registration.
- Prepare and deliver reports as per project needs.
- Offer IT support to the project office as required.
