Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant with strong English communication skills to join our Lahore office team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the software industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, and update databases.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR-related documents and handle employee inquiries.
- Organize training sessions and support performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Participate in HR projects and assist in payroll processing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in an HR role in the software industry.
