Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via chats, emails, and calls to provide sales assistance and support.
- Coordinate effectively to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent English-speaking skills to ensure clear communication.
- Manage client relationships and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Educational background: 0 and A levels or higher
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle client interactions with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
