Job Description

For this on-site job, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented RFP Writer & Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be critical in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by identifying and creating compelling proposals, RFP responses, and other sales-related documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages the coordination and timely completion of RFPs – including compiling existing language, creating new language as needed, and reviewing documents to ensure high-quality, error-free final responses.
• Identify bid opportunities that match our products and services.
• Collaborates closely with product management and sales teams to promptly respond to RFP requests.
• Works closely with subject matter experts from across the organization to write and edit standard and/or craft customized language as needed.
• Liaise with internal support departments for necessary data and information.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and in writing.
• Reviews and checks content for accuracy, including questionnaires and industry databases.
• Updates and manages proposal content in a third-party database, ensuring integrity and quality.
• Works confidently with quantitative data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in RFP writing and analysis in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
