Job Description

Position: Executive Assistant Operations – CEE (Project Based)

The Incumbent will be responsible to manage the multifaceted role to ensure the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of training center operations.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of training facilities.

– Coordinate with support staff to ensure all necessary resources and equipment are available for each training session.

– Source and procure training materials, supplies, and equipment needed for various courses.

– Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of resources.

– Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including room setup, audiovisual equipment, and catering services.

– Communicate logistics details to instructors, participants, and support staff.

– Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in training center operations.

– Propose and implement changes to enhance the overall effectiveness of training programs.

– Support in miscellaneous tasks delegated by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

– The incumbent shall have at least a bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university/institute.

– At least 2 years of experience, preferably in a similar role.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:

– Good Communication skills

– Organization skills

– Can do Attitude
