Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Executive role located in Bahawalpur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR). The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, and spearheading the development and implementation of effective HR policies and programs.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR).
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 01 years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in a BPO industry.
