Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Stream Head BPM & PMO. As the Stream Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the Business Process Management (BPM) and Project Management Office (PMO) functions within our organization.
In this role, you will lead a team of professionals in managing and improving our business processes to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and governance of projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of our operations.
- Leading and managing a team of BPM and PMO professionals, providing guidance and support to drive success.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify project objectives, scope, and requirements.
- Developing project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
- Providing regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in BPM and PMO, with proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives and managing complex projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are also essential.
