Job Description
MF Bzone, a leading Developer and Construction company, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor for our team. Responsibilities include cost estimation, budget analysis, and project financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities for projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
- Review project specifications for compliance.
- Assess variations and negotiate change orders.
- Maintain accurate cost records throughout projects.
- Collaborate with project managers for efficiency.
- Provide cost-saving advice to project teams.
Qualifications:
- Civil or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3-4 years experience in construction.
- Knowledge of construction methods and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software.
Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore
Job Timing: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm
