Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi Division for an Assistant Merchandiser. The Assistant Merchandiser will support the Senior Merchandiser in daily operations, including production planning, stock management, and sales analysis. Responsibilities also include ensuring product availability and fulfillment for retail locations and analyzing sales performance. This position requires frequent collaboration with Retail, Buying, and Production teams.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales and retail experience, with a deep understanding of market trends
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights to the Senior Merchandiser on product direction
- Experience in working with marketing teams to drive in-store and online promotions and sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Retail Management Software
- Ability to stay up-to-date with fashion and industry trends, and creatively apply them
