Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our company’s equipment and systems. Your main duties will include conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and providing technical support to our clients.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Additionally, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with both internal teams and external clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and tests on equipment to identify any malfunctions or damages
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and upgrades on various systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Provide technical support and training to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role
