Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document requirements.
- Prepare and post jobs on various platforms.
- Source and attract candidates through different channels.
- Screen resumes and applications.
- Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools.
- Assess applicants’ skills and aptitudes.
- Onboard new employees for integration.
- Apply HR best practices for timely submissions.
- Provide documented reports to the team.
- Build influential candidate relationships.
- Promote company as a great place to work.
- Work with peers to develop recruitment processes.
- Additional responsibilities as per management’s request.
Qualifications
– Relevant qualification (MBA/MPA or Bachelors, preferably HR)
– Ability to work in evenings (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PST) / Hybrid
– Experience with various interview types and selection processes.
– Excellent communication skills (US English).
Note: Candidates unable to work within specified timeframe will not be considered.
