Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Application Analyst to join our IT Level-1 Support Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of our software applications. Key Responsibilities include configuring, troubleshooting, collaborating with teams, training end-users, documenting processes, and monitoring application performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 2+ years experience, knowledge of application lifecycle management, SQL proficiency, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.
