Role Description
This is a full-time Office Receptionist role at SBT Academy located in Islamabad, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Office Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors and handling administrative tasks. Your day-to-day tasks may include greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing incoming and outgoing mails, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
