Role Description:
This on-site contract role requires a Technical Support Executive to provide analytical and technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support
- Customer Support and Service Excellence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- IT equipment and software knowledge
- Experience in technical support preferred
