Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Specialist to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Deliver presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Track and report sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Proven BPO business development experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Details:
- Location: Work from home / Naval Anchorage Islamabad
- Hours: 5 PM – 3 AM
- Salary: 80k-100k + 4% commission per deal closed
