Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Assurance Lead. The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality of customer experience management solutions through quality control, quality assurance, quality management, good manufacturing practice, and quality auditing.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of quality control, quality assurance, quality management, good manufacturing practice (GMP), and quality auditing
- Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Science
- Experience in customer experience management solutions and/or in the financial industry is a plus
