Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist for Voice Program within the Operations department. You will assist our U.S. based client’s customers with queries and provide accurate resolutions via calls. International customer experience is preferred but we prioritize personality, passion, and work ethic. Sense of humor is a plus.
- O Levels/Matriculation or above
- Excellent Written and Verbal English communication
- Proficiency with MS Office (Particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
- Deliver exceptional customer experience as per client’s core values
- Show courtesy, attention, and a friendly image to customers
- Provide alternative solutions for unavailable products
- Follow standard processes and stay updated with system information
Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Karachi
