Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Protection Helpline Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely assistance and support to individuals in need of protection services.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a compassionate nature to effectively address the concerns of callers. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls, assessing situations, and providing appropriate referrals or assistance. This position requires empathy, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
