Zameen.com is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of HR Executive- Operations in Lahore. The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, handling administrative tasks, and managing employee records.
Job Description:
- Creation and maintenance of employee profiles in MiHCM.
- Prepare HR letters and documentation.
- Handle employee health & life insurance matters.
- Address employee queries on HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- 1-2 years HR experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HR best practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Understanding of Health & Life insurance.
