Job Description
Position Overview:
The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various departments within the organization by facilitating communication, organizing schedules, and coordinating projects and events. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing communication to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and logistics management.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials for internal and external meetings.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress, updating project documentation, and coordinating team efforts to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
