Job Description
This position is focused on the day-to-day and strategic operations that are mentioned below:
- To receive training in all the departments.
- To prepare a written summary/report about the training he went through in that specific department or area.
- Observe and learn from experienced workers to acquire knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures for better execution of departmental duties.
- Work in teams to achieve higher goals.
- This is inclusive of assisting in the management of current renewals.
- Upselling prepaid maintenance and reinstating lapsed customers.
- Coordinate with the team so that there are no communication barriers.
- Establish and maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Eligibility
- Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Strong organization skills with an emphasis on territory management.
- A process-oriented individual who is capable enough to grasp the procedures at Prestige Offshore Staffing Solutions.
- Excellent Computer and Internet skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree
It is an ONSITE Job
Salary: 35k during the Probation period (20% increment after Probation)
Shift Timings: 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm / 01:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Office Location: Amazon Mall, DHA 2, Islamabad
Candidates residing near DHA 2, Islamabad will be preferred.
