Job Description
The Role: We are hiring a junior billing and settlement specialist to join our Finance Operations team at NymCard. Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager and Finance Director, you will coordinate with various departments as needed.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process daily settlements and reconciliations with Visa and Mastercard.
- Prepare and reconcile tenants’ funds loads.
- Assist in the billing process and draft invoices for tenants.
- Prepare supporting documents for billing invoices.
- Reconcile data from third-party providers.
- Perform other job-related tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a flexible approach.
- Good analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- Understanding of billing and settlement processes, especially with card schemes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Fast learner with 1-2 years of experience in card payments or banking.
