Job Description

Company Introduction: Glow, a leading provider of workers’ compensation insurance, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Success Resource to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued business clients, ensuring their workers’ compensation needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and empathy.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from policyholders regarding workers’ compensation coverage, claims, billing, and other policy-related matters.
  • Process and update customer information in our agency management system and assign tickets.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with account managers and ops team members.
  • Stay up-to-date on workers’ compensation laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer success role or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Active listening skills and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Proficient in multitasking in multiple systems and learning new programs.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
