Job Description
Bachelor degree (16 years of education) Preferably in Electronics/ Telecommunication /Chemical with at least 04 years post-qualification experience in remote monitoring and data acquisition in the Oil and Gas Sector.
- Oversee the setup, functioning, and upkeep of remote monitoring systems at gas metering stations.
- Ensure the smooth operation of remote monitoring server applications and web interfaces.
- Maintain & update the database of customers in the remote monitoring server application.
- Web application administration & User access management.
- Data Analysis and preparation of data reports as per business need/management’s requirement.
- Maintaining spares availability for the smooth operation of the remote monitoring system.
- Procure remote monitoring systems and spares in a timely manner, including preparing technical specifications, evaluating reports, and inspecting received equipment and spares.
- Manage teams, implement proactive planning and scheduling processes to optimize manpower utilization and complete tasks within established time schedules.
- Develop, implement, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility for team members.
- Ensure KPIs are met by following the overall plan.
- Ensure 24/7 availability of the remote monitoring and data acquisition system.
- Configure Gas closure alarms & timely reporting through Remote monitoring servers.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
