Position Title: Customer Support Representative
Timing: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Location: DHA Phase 6 Lahore
Job Type: On-Site
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints tactfully.
- Follow standard processes for providing solutions.
- Ensure superior customer engagement and experience.
- Overcome objections and handle pushback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in English (writing and verbal).
- 1+ year of experience, freshers welcome.
- Positive can-do attitude.
