We’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with 1-2 years of experience in providing top-notch customer support, focusing on e-commerce platforms like Daraz, Shopify, and WordPress. Ideal candidates will excel in delivering exceptional service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or chat related to e-commerce platforms.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and e-commerce functionalities.
- Assist customers with order processing, account management, billing, and more.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Document interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for e-commerce platform improvement and share customer feedback.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years customer service experience, focusing on e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy.
- Proficient in customer service tools and e-commerce platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
