Job Description
Company Description: Print Solutions is a trade merchandising agency serving brands like Nestle Pakistan, Unilever Pakistan Limited, Friesland Campina Engro Pakistan, providing POSMs and visibility tools.
Role Description: The Human Resources Officer will manage HR functions, develop policies, handle employee relations, create job descriptions, and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR management and policies
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ability to develop and update job descriptions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of HR regulations and standards
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
