Job Description
Tekboox, a US-based IT company, is urgently seeking a skilled Hr Officer/Hr Executive Operations to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and HRIS management.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data and HR documents.
- Maintain and update employees records in files and HRIS.
- Prepare HR related forms and letters.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Manage the employee off-boarding and Clearance process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Job Location & Timing:
Location: DHA Y Block Lahore
Timing: Night Shift 6pm to 3am (Onsite 5 days a week)
