Job Description
Education and Experience:
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR or related field.
- Certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are advantageous but not mandatory.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HR software and tools such as HRIS or ATS preferred.
- Experience in data entry and report generation.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements.
Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset essential for effective teamwork.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
Leadership and Management:
- Demonstrated leadership potential through various activities.
- Proven ability to manage small team projects.
