Job Description
(A) Job Purpose:
Managing overall communication management with the customer which includes Daily, weekly, Monthly governance forums with all the customers. Coordination with NOC for degraded sites rectification & uprising the progress to the customers. Interacting with reconciliation teams and the regions for LD reduction and improvement initiatives in the network. Support for overall Field operations for coordination and communication within the regions and HQ teams.
(B) Key Accountabilities:
The responsibilities will include the followings but not limited to:
- Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, operations plans and their execution
- Coordinate with the suppliers for quarterly reviews and day-to-day operations activities
- Governance of field operation processes
- Monitor and control of overall operations activities in the region & reporting to NOC
To supervise and undertake tasks such as:
- Customer coordination
- Reconciliation with Customers for energy and up-time
- Reconciliation with customer for LDs & invoice verification
- PM/CM fuelling planned vs achieved governance

(D) Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:
Qualifications & Experience
The Candidate should possess strong technical background (with at least 7-8 years of relevant experience) and well versed with power infrastructure, Fuelling activities, excellent communication skills.
