Job Description
Our client, Remote Growth Partners, a leading B2B marketing community, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with the founder and COO, contributing to various aspects of the company.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in marketing administrative or coordination roles
- 1+ year of content distribution and social media scheduling
- Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing
- Proficient in Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, HubSpot, and Notion
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of sponsorship and inventory management
Responsibilities:
- Manage sponsorship inventory for podcast and newsletter
- Schedule social content and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings and facilitate team communication
- Communicate with sponsors and handle related documentation
- Support content distribution and administrative tasks
Nice to have:
- Experience in managing podcasts and sponsor relationships
- Experience with Zapier and customer support tasks
- Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience
