Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and oversee projects in the software development lifecycle, utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Facilitate client and internal communication, serving as a primary point of contact.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
- Provide support and guidance to project team members.
- Prepare and present project status reports.
Job Specification / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, QA processes, business analysis, and related areas.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools and software.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred).
