Job Description
Global Marketing Services is urgently seeking a highly skilled and qualified “General Manager Support & Services” to join our team, preferably with experience in an electronics company.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience of 15 Years in a service management role within an electronics company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the biomedical service team.
- Establish and implement service policies and procedures.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of biomedical equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Develop and maintain service schedules to ensure timely maintenance.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all service activities.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand service needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of service issues.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Manage the service department budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenses.
