Job Description
About the Job:
- Supply Chain Associate for MEP category of commercial and residential construction projects.
- Sourcing and finding the right sources
- Pre-Qualifications of vendors by desk and field appraisal
- Understanding the business needs and stakeholder’s expectation
- Preparation of SCM documentation (Comparative statements, Purchase orders)
- Techno-commercial evaluation of MEP items
- Procurement tracking in liaison with design and quality assurance team
- Ensuring smooth supply of MEP material by effective follow-up from vendors and reporting
- Vendor induction, negotiation, and management
- Expedition for timely delivery of materials
- Preparation of payment documentation (Invoices, Payment vouchers etc.)
Education:
BS Engineering or MBA
BS Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) will be preferred.
Experience:
3-4 Years work experience in Supply Chain. Preferably in Procurement
