Role Description
The Assistant Manager Business Development role at Graana.com is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as developing business strategies to expand Graana.com’s customer base, building and maintaining key customer relationships, conducting market research and analysis, preparing reports, and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be working closely with the management team and devising business plans to achieve company revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Business Development and Sales
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant certifications are a plus
